How It Works

1. Diagnosis

Call, text or e-mail us with your request and we will respond as soon as possible. Typical response time for requests via text and phone (if we do not answer - leave a voicemail) is 30 minutes - e-mail could take until EOB. After diagnosis has been discussed, fill out and submit the Pre-Repair Diagnosis Form below.

2. Drop-off / Mail-in

After discussing your service, either mail the item directly to us or drop-off at one of our determined locations (current pickup/dropoff is at Biltmore Computers 5 Miller Rd S # 1, Asheville, NC 28803 and hours can be referenced at www.biltmorepc.com). Discounted rates available for mail-in repairs and return shipping is free. Rush service and direct pickup/dropoff is available for additional charge. For mail-in orders, please include a printed copy of the pre-repair diagnosis form or include in the package your name and contact information.

3. Repair

Once the item is recieved, we can usually have your repair complete and available for pickup or back in the mail to you within 24 hours MOST repairs can be completed within two hours and available for same day pickup if dropped off before 9am.

4. Pickup

 Once your repair is completed, you will be notified via text, email or phone call and asked to checkout on our website prior to picking up if you have not already. To checkout, select the repair package from our available options and complete the transaction. If you have any issues or questions during this process, please contact us and we will happily assist! Question: This repair process is too confusing to figure out. Can I just call or text you directly? 

Answer: Yes, and this is preferred! We prefer to discuss our repairs via phone and welcome text messaging too to answer any questions you may have. 

 

Question: I have seen other places that will fix my console for cheaper, will you match their rate? 

Answer: We will try. As a locally owned small business, it is tough for us to compete with larger chains, however we need your business to survive. We are happy to discuss options to gain your business, just have a screenshot or documentation of the competitor price and who it is so that we can properly evaluate. We strive to use OEM or top quality aftermarket parts and take pride in our superior work quality.

 

Question: I need my item back same day or only within 2 hours - maybe while I wait. Can you accomodate this? 

Answer: Yes in most cases if you call and speak to us ahead of time and schedule your appointment. 

 

Question: Do you offer a warranty on repair work? 

Answer: Yes, we take pride in our work and have full confidence. We offer a limited lifetime guarantee on our physical work that we perform and a 90-day warranty on specific parts. Essentially, everythign outside of accidental physical damage, abuse, liquid damage, dropping and pest infestations are all covered. We also offer large discounts on secondary repairs. 

 

Question: Do you offer B2B rates?

Answer: Yes, we offer substnatial discounts for B2B repairs.

 

Question: I just cant afford the repair cost with my current financial standing but really want my device repaired, are there any options?

Answer:: Of course, we are real perople too and as a small business are able to work with you, just give us a call and lets discuss options!

 

Question: I just want to make one trip to drop my item off because my schedule is busy. Can I just drop my item off and have it mailed back once the repair is completed?

Answer: Absolutely, our mail-in policy applies to in person drop-off as well - we can mail your fixed console back to you at no additional charge so you dont have to make a second trip to pick it up. 

 

Question: Can I trade in something towards the cost of a repair?
