Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO and FPO addresses, or outside the United States. If you are outside that area and there is something you want, email admin@retroandrarevideogames.com and we will tell you what we can do.

Rates

USPS calculates shipping at checkout from what you ordered and where it is going, so you see the exact cost before you pay. We ship USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail, and we do not mark either one up.

Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Local pickup

Pickup at the shop is free. Choose it at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Bring your order confirmation.

How long it takes

We pack and hand off orders within one to two business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. USPS transit time is on top of that, and it is out of our hands once the package is scanned in. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.

How we pack

Consoles, controllers, and anything with a screen get padded and boxed properly. Cartridges and discs ship in mailers stiff enough to survive the trip. Card singles ship in a sleeve and a toploader.

CRT televisions, PVMs, arcade cabinets, and similar heavy or fragile pieces are pickup only. We do not ship them, and the product page says so.

If a package goes missing or arrives damaged

Email admin@retroandrarevideogames.com within seven days of the delivery date. Keep the box and the packing material, and send photos of both the damage and the packaging. We will work it out with you.

If tracking shows delivered and the package is not there, check with your neighbors and your local post office first, then email us and we will help you chase it.

Addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so check it before you pay. If you catch a mistake, email us right away and we will fix it if the order has not gone out yet.
